New Mexico Governor Bill Richardson lends his support to District 4 New Hampshire Senate Candidate Kathy Sgambati at The Whole Child Center in Tilton. Kathy Sgambati is a health care consultant and is on the board of the of The Children's Alliance of New Hampshire, a nonprofit advocacy organization with 12 years of experience working on behalf of the health and well being of the children of the state. She previously served as the deputy commissioner of the New Hampshire Department of Health and Human Services.
